Fees & FAQ
How payment protection, fees, listings and delivery work.
At checkout you pay by bank transfer into a one-time account made for your order. The money is held, not sent to the seller. When the seller or their rider hands you the item, give them your delivery PIN. You then have 6 hours to check it: confirm you are happy, or report a problem and the payout stays on hold while we look into it.
Buyers pay a small buyer protection fee of 1.5% of the item total (at least ₦100), which keeps the money safe until delivery. Delivery fees are set by each seller. Checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
Almost anything that is legal to sell in Nigeria - the marketplace is not limited to one niche. Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise prohibited goods are banned. See Terms and How it works.
A 6-digit code that proves you received your order. It is in your payment confirmation email. Give it to the seller or their rider only once the item is in your hands: entering it marks the order as delivered. Lost it? Get a new one from your order page (the old one stops working).
Every order email has a private link to your order page. Lost it? Enter your order number and checkout email on Track Order and we email you a fresh link. On the order page you can follow progress, get a new PIN, confirm you are happy or report a problem.
Open your order page and use the Get help box to message our team about that order. We email you when we reply, with a fresh link back to the page. If an order is cancelled or returned, the order page asks for the bank account to refund, and the money is sent there. Your payment is not released to the seller until you give them your delivery PIN.
Sellers add a Nigerian bank account and deliver orders themselves. Once the buyer confirms they are happy, or the 6 hours check window ends with no complaint, the seller's share is paid to that bank account.
No. Buyers never create an account or password. Checkout asks for your name, email, phone and delivery address, and each order email carries a private link to that order. Only sellers sign up.
